UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design process for our travel products (mobile and web) to serve local market audience from Asia
• Define the visual and interaction methods to cultivate better experience for our products and related services
• Lead / participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and evaluate design usability and effectiveness
• Communicate user research and design ideas to gain team alignment and understanding by leveraging the appropriate tools/methods (storyboards, user flows, site maps, prototypes, etc)
• Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or outstanding design skills with a strong portfolio
• An eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields
• 1+ years experience in designing web / mobile products
• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Flinto, or other design and mobile prototyping tools
• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Communication and presentation skills in English is a MUST, other languages are advantage
